Liquidtectonics released RhinoHair Alpha 0.1.2. Using this plugin you can create hair & fur effects in Rhinoceros 3d. It generates hair strands based on options you choose and create hair strand meshes on any surface.

You need to be a registered user to download this file.
Just type RhinoHair to command line after loading plug-in. You will get various options you can set to create hair on surface.
